SUMMARY:Roc Solid Playground Build
DESCRIPTION:Join your NKBA Indiana Chapter in supporting our student community with the help of the Roc Solid Foundation!\n\n\n\nRoc Solid Foundation builds hope for kids fighting cancer through the power of play. Their mission is to build hope for every child and family fighting pediatric cancer\, as the founder did himself. They provide ‘ready bags’ for unexpected hospital stays\, and their play program building playgrounds for immunocompromised children to have a safe space to have fun. Roc Solid was founded in 2009 and has helped thousands of families in the years since. \n\n\n\nFor more information on the Roc Solid foundation visit their website https://rocsolidfoundation.org/ \n\n\n\nAnnually there are around 16\,000 kids diagnosed with cancer. Roc Solid makes it their mission to help as many as possible\, and this year the NKBA has partnered with them to help a family here in our own community. \n\n\n\n\nWe are looking for volunteers and businesses to support our Chapter in building a playground for our family in Westfield\, IN. We will provide the tools\, we just need you! This interactive hands-on build is for all ages and skill levels\, with skilled professionals to assist. Recommend or register a student. RSVP is required for the event. Lunch and t-shirts provided. All business sponsors will have their logo provided on the back of the t-shirt. Deadline to sponsor is 9/15. \n\nWhen: September 26th\, 9am start \nWhere: Westfield\, IN \nCost: Volunteers – $50 per person \n\n\n\n\n\nIf you are unable to attend but still want to support this cause\, we are also seeking donations and sponsorships towards this build. Reminder that all donations are a tax write-off for your business. $200 donations can be made using the ticket sale feature purchasing directly through the portal.  Email your company logo to president@nkbaindiana.org by 9/15.
